The power cage portion of this product is good. I have had no trouble with putting it together or using it. My issue is with the pulley system. The top bar that the pulley cord goes through allows the cord to touch the metal coming in and out of it causing it to tear away at the cord slowly. The second issue I have with the pulley system is where the two wheels meet in the middle are held together by one plate which at some point could bend if I put too much weight on it. For example I did a low row with 110 pounds. It held but you can visibly see the metal plate bending. I think this second one could be fixed by just adding a second plate on the other side of the wheels. The first problem it needs some sort of bumper to hold the cord away from the metal going in an out or it just needs to be bigger so the cord is not touching the metal bar.
