I have been using it for about 2 years and I still love it. Having a home gym allows me to get more training session and to save a significant amount of time. I still train in a gym from time to time.Pros:+ It is stable, I did not bolt it on the floor+ Having a Jcup and a RollerCup allows me to just leave them at the same spot for all my exercises+ The safety ropes are very practical; I can always set them at a good height to allow a good range of motion and be safe. I can set them in a diagonal pattern and with 0.5 inch hole spacing it is very precise+ Good looking and feels like good quality. I think it will last a lifetime. I keep it in a air conditioned garage so I don't see what can break a huge steel cage. Over time some scratches will appear but that is normal.Cons- May be not tall enough for overhead presses. I am 5'9'' and I am ok. this can be worked around if you are taller by buying the safety arms or just sit on a bench- The multigrip pull up bar is alright. I do not use it often due to my low ceiling height (I have a stand alone pull up bar and rings) but the bar is slightly slippery. There is some knurling but they are not agressive/deep enough. I don't use the fat grip bar. the multigrip pattern is not appropriate for me either. I prefer neutral grip and the vertical bars are too wide appart (for me).- The weakest link may be the safety ropes that may get overused through time or maybe dry out; even climbing ropes have and expiry date (10-20 years?). After 2 years and with some abuse they still look perfectly safe.Notes. Plan for some room around the cage for the barbell and more room to load it and move around. I am in Canada; we do not have access to some other popular fitness brands. After building a home gym, I agree with the idea of "buy nice or buy twice" or "buy once cry once". I don't regret my gym items that were too expensive (because they are nice) and the items I dislike still annoys me but I don't replace them because they work and I don't want to spend extra money.. I also bought the dip bar and the hi-low pulley attachments. The power rack is great while these 2 accessories are just ok. Bells of Steel (BoS) seems to have great customer service. I bought my cage from Amazon (for the free shipping) and the accessories from BoS. BoS called me to make sure I had the power rack since I was not in their system. I have a separate tower to store my plates. I think it will be too crowded if I would store them on the rack
